Apple Reportedly to Launch iPhone 17 Air Next Year

Apple may launch the iPhone 16 series next month, the mass production of which has started. Now a recent report from an industry internal source has revealed that there will be no significant upgrades in the iPhone 16 series. In such a situation, it may be better to wait for the iPhone 17 series. Here we are telling you in detail about the upcoming iPhone.

From Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman Report revealed that Apple plans to release an ultra-thin iPhone 17 model, which may include Air in the model name. It could reportedly be a product between the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro. Gurman expects this new ultra-thin model to be more popular than the iPhone 12/13 mini and iPhone 14/15/16 Plus.

Apart from the Air model of the iPhone 17 series, Gurman has also told about other upcoming iPhone models. It is estimated that Apple would like to incorporate the performance of the iPhone Pro models into the smaller models, but the company will not be able to achieve this until at least 2027.

He also revealed that the iPhone 17 series could include an Ultra iPhone model, which will retain the slim form factor. According to Gurman, the Ultra model is more attractive than the anticipated iPhone 17 Slim. According to Ming-Chi Kuo, the new iPhone 17 Slim is expected to have a 6.6-inch display with a resolution of 2,740 x 1,260 pixels.

There is a clear limit when it comes to battery capacity and performance in slim and light phones. The anticipated Ultra model could become a more attractive option than the iPhone 17 Slim with better battery life and performance. Gurman also talked about the iPhone SE 4 which will not only look like the iPhone 14 but will also support Apple Intelligence. If this is true then it means that the new phone is expected to be equipped with a high performance chip that can run on-device LLM.
